The Team
Today’s business challenges present a new wave of HR, talent and organization priorities.
Deloitte’s Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs.
Work you’ll do
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Oracle HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Qualifications / Skill
Requires good knowledge in implementing & supporting oracle cloud HCM modules - Core HR, ORC, Absence & OTL, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Learn Management & HRHD (Any 2 to 3 of above list). Good communication and writing skills Should be proactive and quick learner Strong team player Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently This role might involve travel and working in shifts This role will require 100% work from office 3-6 years of experience
