TheCulture and Engagement Specialist will support the Leadership Teamby:

Actively drive the Organizational processes with alignment ofcompany values vision andmission.
Assess track and communicate progress obstacles and challenges toall keystakeholders.
Consulting and facilitating Business Practice wise teams in theirchange processes through the Culture & Engagement Team.
Collaborating with various teams with focus on creating commontools methods techniques and systems that have significant impacton our companyculture.
To facilitate the process to grow internal cohesion and sharedcorporate culture
Tomonitor corporate culture evolution on a regularbasis
Create and conduct surveys to assess needs and effectiveness ofdifferent Organizationalprograms.

Requirements

RequiredEducation and Experience:


1.Graduation is must MBA is preferred. Organizational Developmentcertifications can be an addedadvantage
2.Around 45 years experience in similar role
