JobDescription


Seekinga seasoned fundraiser to join its tightknit team. In this role thefundraiser will use expert communication skills and a keen sense ofinitiative to spot fundraising opportunities develop relationshipswith potential donors and manage fundraising campaigns. Bycoordinating events writing proposals and recruiting and leadingvolunteers the fundraiser will hone speaking writing and leadershipabilities while moving the organization closer to its financialgoals.


  • Researchpotential donors: Research individuals corporations and foundationsthat may be interested indonating
  • Communicatethe organizations mission: Convey the organizations mission visionand programs to potentialdonors
  • Developfundraising strategies: Develop and implement fundraisingstrategies to raise funds for theorganization
  • Managerelationships with donors: Develop and maintain relationships withdonors
  • Planevents: Organize fundraising events and oversee teams ofvolunteers
  • Writeproposals: Write grant applications and fundraisingproposals
  • Analyzeresults: Analyze the results of fundraisingcampaigns
  • Createpromotional materials: Design promotional materials to increaseawareness of the organizationswork
  • Trackdonations: Account for and trackdonations
  • Createfinancial reports: Create and maintain financialreports


Requiredskills andqualifications


  • Atleast three years of experience in fundraising ormarketing
  • Exceptionalcommunication and relationshipbuildingskills
  • Abilityto lead and motivate colleagues andvolunteers
  • Strongattention todetail
  • Passionforresearch
  • Abilityto successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasksand planning bigevents


1. Should be at least educated up to 8th standard with goodknowledge of the local community and local language. 2. Preferencewill be given individuals from TG/MSM/PLHIV community. 3. Strongcommunication and facilitation skills 4. Ability to read and writein local language Require to travel to the project areas forproviding services for at least 5 days in a month.
