Roles and responsibility
- Coordinate with the policy issuer and dealers for claims settlement and documentation.
- Address and resolve technical issues related to the claims processing system.
- Engaging with customers & resolve their queries related to claims processing.
- Comply with regulatory and risk management controls, corporate policies, procedures, and claims guidelines.
- Develop, maintain, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports related to claims processing, performance metrics, and operational efficiency
- Effective communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management.
