Engineer - OMS

Overview:The EngineerOMS plays a critical role in designing implementing and maintainingthe Order Management System (OMS) to support the organizationsoperational and business needs. This role is essential in ensuringthe reliability efficiency and scalability of the OMS for seamlessorder processing andfulfillment.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understand OMS requirements and designsolutions
• Implement and maintain OMS solutionsincluding order capturing routing and processingfunctionality
• Monitor OMS performance andconduct troubleshooting to address systemissues
• Develop and maintain OMS integrationswith internal and external systems
• Enhance OMScapabilities through automation and processimprovements
• Participate in system upgrades andenhancements to optimize OMSfunctionality
• Provide technical support andguidance to endusers for OMSrelatedinquiries
• Document OMS configurations processesand changes
• Conduct regular testing andvalidation of OMS to ensure accuracy andreliability
• Collaborate with vendors andexternal partners for OMSrelated integrations andsupport

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
• Proven experience in OMS implementationconfiguration and maintenance
• Strongunderstanding of order processing routing and fulfillmentconcepts
• Proficiency in scripting andautomation tools for OMS enhancements
• Abilityto troubleshoot and resolve OMSrelated issues in a timelymanner
• Experience with OMS integrations withERP CRM and other systems
• Knowledge of databasemanagement and SQL querying for OMS dataanalysis
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctionalteams
• Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities in the OMS environment
• Understandingof industry best practices and trends in OMStechnologies
