KeyResponsibilities
  • Conducting regularinspections and maintenance ofequipment
  • Responding to and resolving equipmentmalfunctions and breakdowns
  • Developing andimplementing maintenance procedures andschedules
  • Coordinating with vendors andcontractors for maintenance and repairservices
  • Ensuring compliance with safety andenvironmental regulations
  • Participating in theinstallation and commissioning of newequipment
  • Documenting maintenance activitiesand equipment performance
  • Troubleshootingtechnical issues and providing timelysolutions
  • Optimizing system performance andefficiency through continuous monitoring andanalysis
  • Training and guiding junior staffmembers
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inEngineering or related field
  • Proven experiencein operations and maintenanceengineering
  • Strong understanding of mechanicalelectrical or industrial systems
  • Proficiency inrelevant software and tools
  • Knowledge of safetyprotocols and regulations
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalabilities
  • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
