A little bit about the role:
ORBCOMM is a leading global provider of industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication solutions that remotely track, monitor and control fixed and mobile assets. We are looking for a Billing Specialist who creates invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to the customer and checks the accuracy of invoices while communicating updates with the team and the customer.The ideal candidate should be in Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and approve the creation of new customer accounts and billing rate Ensure client invoices are prepared in compliance with approved deal parameters and/or companies' general terms and conditions Analyze billing drivers, apply contractual rates, and create billing backups for invoices of ORBCOMM customersSubmit electronic invoices, monitors, and tracks progress from billing to collectionPerform account authorizationsCheck manual invoicesPrepare any special request reports and perform other duties and responsibilities as directedDesired Qualifications and Experience:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or businessMinimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role Advanced computer skills using MS Office, especially ExcelSolid understanding of billing systemsStrong relationship building and facilitation skills to communicate with stakeholders on all levels of the organization regardingbillingProminent level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent team workingskillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills Good critical thinking skillsStrong communications skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, handle interruptions while maintaining flexibility in work assignmentsAbility to submit e-billing invoices and work with multiple billing platformsDiscover the Total Reward Package:
