  • Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

    Location: Carrier Digital Hub India, Bengaluru

    Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer at Carrier Digital Hub India, you will be responsible for designing and managing a variety of visual assets across digital media, branding, video production, and internal communication campaigns. You will be critical in creating high-impact visuals that align with our brand’s identity and support our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Presentations & Internal Communication:
    • Design visually compelling executive presentations that align with brand guidelines and storytelling principles.
    • Create engaging visual content for internal communication campaigns, including infographics, digital signage, newsletters, and social media graphics.
  • Video Production & Support:
    • Support subject matter experts (SMEs) in creating animated explanatory videos and other multimedia content.
    • Edit videos from virtual event recordings to create polished content that supports the event team.
    • Develop unique sizzle reels and highlight videos for case studies, reports, and product updates.
  • Email & Marketing Campaigns:
    • Collaborate with the marketing operations team to create visuals for email campaigns, including event promotions, webinar invitations, and product announcements.
    • Support ongoing email development and landing page updates with fresh and engaging designs.
  • Branding & Visual Design:
    • Design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, infographics, proposals, and social media collateral.
    • Adhere to Carrier’s brand guidelines while exceeding expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, and turnaround time.
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends and share insights with the team to enhance overall creativity and innovation.
  • Digital Media & Website:
    • Produce and manage creative assets for the website and social media platforms to drive engagement and attract audiences.
    • Assist with the design and execution of website redesigns, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity.

  •  

  • Project Management & Collaboration:
    • Participate in project scoping and planning, contributing to setting standards for the learner experience from a graphics perspective.
    • Manage multiple creative projects in parallel, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, understanding design briefs, proposing innovative solutions, and guiding them toward the best design choices.
    • Be responsive to customers and team members, providing prompt and thoughtful feedback through calls and emails.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • 8-11 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital media, branding, video production, and internal communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Experience in creating animated and non-animated videos, with a passion for visual storytelling and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and guide stakeholders toward effective design solutions.
  • Knowledge of print production is a plus.
