Senior Visualizer / Senior Graphic Designer Location : Bangalore, India We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer with at least 4 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will create visual concepts that align with our brand and resonate with our target audiences. This position requires strong artistic skills, proficiency in various design styles, layout techniques, colour themes, fonts, and icons, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strategic thinking. You will have:  Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and 3D design software. Demonstrated experience in motion design and video editing. Expertise in designing for both digital and print mediums, including corporate websites, landing pages, digital collaterals, and print materials. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Punctual, self-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines. Positive attitude towards feedback and ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders. Strong sense of aesthetics, design balance, typography, and colour theory. Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them efficiently and effectively. Bird’s eye view of your role: Develop motion graphics, video content, corporate websites, and landing pages. Produce materials such as e-books, infographics, flyers, event booth designs, billboards, social media banners, corporate presentations, logos, and icons. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and 3D design software to create compelling visuals. Edit and produce engaging video content for various platforms. Brainstorm and collaborate with different stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into final designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Clearly articulate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders. Use AI tools to enhance productivity and deliver smart, efficient design solutions. Maintain an excellent sense of aesthetics, design balance, typography, and colour theory in all projects.
