As a Manager Business operation, you will Drive efficiency, consistency, and engagement across the HIG-HBM India organization through headcount & budget management, develop executive-ready presentations and documentation, sending out status & accomplishments reports, managing special projects and supporting senior staff.

Job Description:

Drive the daily work and long-term strategy of HIG-HBM India Business Operations

Oversee all business operations for HIG-HBM team globally, including management of organization headcount, operating expense budgets and capital budgets. Develop processes and policies to drive consistency across the HIG HBM India organization and eliminate work for senior leadership and front-line managers. Develop and drive engagement, recognition, and cost management strategies in close partnership with corporate HR and finance partners/programs. Represent the HIG-HBM India leader and its organization in cross-functional operations initiatives/working teams/meetings to further priorities, establish relationships and act as liaison between organizations. Drive special projects chosen as highest priority for alignment across organizations and overall product time to market. Develop, coordinate, and sustain top-level organizational objectives with regular report-outs to senior leaders.

Deliver strategic solutions.

Implement and oversee key metrics to ensure deliverables are achieved and have desired impact. Manage conflict, build effective relationships, and sustain effective communication with partners. Promote collaboration, provide project sponsorship, and guide deliverable execution. Lead and develop executive-ready presentations, team highlights/low-light summaries, objective summaries, and all-team communications.

Support HIG-HBM India Leaders and Team Members

Support the development of a high-performing culture and programs that foster engagement, DEI, and innovation. Support succession planning, talent development, leadership development, and engagement programs. Coach, mentor, and develop current and future Micron leaders. Exhibit and drive leadership attributes within team.

Required Experience:

B Tech and MBA in Business operation’s 10+ years of relevant experience.
