Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This is a Senior-level, Full-Time position suitable for an individual with a maximum of 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will oversee technical projects, lead teams, and ensure high-quality standards in software development. The role demands strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of software architecture and development practices.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in Java (Mandatory skill) and Javascript (Mandatory skill), with the ability to design and implement complex software solutions.
  • Proficient in Database management (Mandatory skill), ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and manipulation of data across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Software Architecture, with the ability to design scalable and reliable systems that meet business requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in Team Leadership, with the capability to mentor and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
  • Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from conception to completion.
  • Expertise in Code Review processes, ensuring best practices and high-quality coding standards are maintained within the team.
  • Strong knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (API), with the ability to design, develop, and maintain effective interfaces for seamless integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges and streamlining processes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions within established timelines.
  • Oversee all phases of software development life cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and ensure system compatibility.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code integrity, quality, and security standards.
  • Design and implement robust software architectures that facilitate business growth and scalability.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing any queries or issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative practices into the workflow.
  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices in project management, agile development, and DevOps methodologies.
