We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong technical background and leadership experience to join our team. There are multiple openings. Here's the link to our website (codevyasa.com). To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q4 2024. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle for projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Design and develop scalable applications using Azure , Java with Spring Boot or . NET (C#) . Implement front-end solutions using Type Script with Angular or React frameworks. Optimize and manage databases, particularly MS SQL , ensuring data integrity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to deliver seamless integration and functionality. Define technical standards, best practices, and ensure adherence across the development team. Mentor and guide team members to foster skill development and maintain a collaborative team culture. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and bugs. Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance. Required Skills and Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong expertise in Azure cloud services for application deployment and management. Proficiency in either Java with Spring Boot or . NET (C#) frameworks. Front-end development experience with Type Script using Angular or React . In-depth knowledge of database design and management, specifically MS SQL . Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and team members effectively.
