Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineer
Experience : 10 Years to 12 Years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 10-12 years in MEP design and project management, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP design principles, codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and Design managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals effectively.
Design Management:
- Oversee the design process for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and calculations prepared by the design team.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize design efficiency
and sustainability.
Project Management:
- Develop and implement project management strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish clear project objectives, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and safety of MEP designs and installations.
- Conduct periodic reviews and inspections of project deliverables to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to MEP design and project management.
Budgeting and Resource Management:
- Prepare project budgets and forecasts, track expenditures, and manage resources efficiently to optimize project profitability.
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
