Job Overview

i4 Consulting is seeking a motivated and experienced People Operations Specialist for a full-time, mid-level position with a client at Bangalore location. As an HR Ops Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by implementing customized HR solutions, driving employee experience, and enhancing productivity. This role will involve working closely with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations across the organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in onboarding (Mandatory skill) - Proven experience in integrating new hires into the organization effectively.
  • Proficiency in induction (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive orientation programs for new employees.
  • Strong understanding of benefits and administration - Knowledge of employee benefits programs, policies, and plan administration.
  • Excellent employee relations skills - Ability to foster positive relationships between the organization and its employees.
  • Experience in offboarding - Skilled in managing the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Effective leave management - Competence in administering and tracking employee leave, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Problem-solving abilities - Capable of addressing and resolving HR issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Good communication skills - Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with employees and stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct induction programs to introduce new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other incentives.
  • Handle employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring departing employees complete necessary paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Manage employee leave records, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
