JobSummary:We are seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager tojoin our team in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for identifying assessing and securing new businessopportunities developing strategic partnerships and driving revenuegrowth. This role requires a deep understanding of the aerospacemarket strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability todevelop and execute effective businessstrategies.Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within theaerospace industry. Develop and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders including customers partnersand industry leaders. Create and implementstrategic business development plans to achieve companygoals. Conduct market research to stayinformed about industry trends competitor activities and customerneeds. Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to develop and execute gotomarketstrategies. Prepare and deliverpresentations proposals and contracts to potentialclients. Negotiate and close business dealsto achieve revenue targets. Monitor andreport on the performance of business development activities andinitiatives. Attend industry eventsconferences and trade shows to network and promote the company sofferings. Provide insights andrecommendations to senior management on business developmentstrategies and opportunities. Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a relatedfield; MBA is a plus. Proven experience inbusiness development sales or a related role within the aerospaceindustry. Strong understanding of theaerospace market including key players trends andtechnologies. Excellent communicationnegotiation and presentation skills. Abilityto build and maintain strong relationships with clients andpartners. Strategic thinker with stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to workindependently. Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and other business developmenttools. Willingness to travel asneeded.
