Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited (STSPL) isthe Indian subsidiary of German multinational engineering and electronicsconglomerate Siemens that focuses on IT and management services. The subsidiaryis split into four units: Corporate Technology India, Siemens Corporate Financeand Controlling, Global Shared Services, and Siemens Management Consulting.Located in Electronic City in Pune , it has over 5000 employees.

We are looking for a Strategic Buyer (w/m/d) Licenses forinternational Projects meeting the need for smart-mobility solutions .

Your new responsibilities and tasks – Challenging andfuture oriented

·Advise technical departments on the selection of suitable software orlicense components, on the basis of cost and benefit calculations forindividual and project requirements

·In order to achieve the highest possible savings and to mitigate risks,you will prepare and independently conduct negotiations with small to mediumpurchasing volumes.

·You will also conduct framework contract negotiations with national andinternational service providers

·Close collaboration with the global commodity manager to ensure thestrategy implementation

·You will work closely with the legal department, other Siemens Purchasingorganizations and other functions (e.g. Data Protection, Information/CyberSecurity)

·Data analysis of existing licenses and data maintenance in the existingtools

Your qualification –Well-grounded and adequate

·Knowledgeabout different license models ((software licenses, subscriptions, XaaS)

·Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Engineering, economics, or equivalent

·Inaddition, you have already experience in license and software asset management,strategic or IT project purchasing.

·As aresult, you will have tried-and-tested experience of working withcross-functional interface partners and suppliers.

·You havein-depth knowledge of software (e.g. software licenses, subscriptions, XaaS)and complex IT license models (software licenses, subscriptions, XaaS)

·You alsohave commercial and contractual expertise in the field of software contracts aswell as license and copyright law

·Sie verfügen über ein fundiertes Verständnis vonReporting- und Controlling-Strukturen im Einkaufs-Umfeld. In diesem Zuge sindSAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
