About the Role:

Works with Net New Customers (sold by MarketStar Reps) within the first ~30-60 days. Handles implementation support, technical escalations. Works closely with Account Managers and Onboarding teams for developer cloud solutions during this window to ensure the customer is setup and launch is successful. 

3+ years' experience in technical issue resolution, ticket handling, and client facing issue discovery.

Key Responsibilities 

Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process to provide technical training and onboarding support to new clients to ensure they can effectively use the solution. Conduct thorough assessments of new customers' needs and goals understand and plan for integration with clients’ existing systems and technologies and infrastructure Understand the specific use cases and requirements for utilizing Bird solutions. Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of all product offerings Partner with marketing to create and deliver enterprise-grade onboarding and troubleshooting materials to support new customers Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with sales, product, and solution engineering teams Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and provide effective solutions Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to clients and the sales team Provide ongoing technical support and act as a liaison between the client and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction for the first 90 days of the customer journey 

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years' experience in technical issue resolution, ticket handling, and client-facing issue discovery 1+ years of project management experience Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public cloud, and related industry and technical concepts. Knowledge of the CPaaS industry is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with Developer Cloud solutions and their application in various industries.
