Job Title: Training & Onboarding SpecialistExperience: 4– 8 Yrs.Shift: General ShiftNotice Period: Immediate to 15 daysRoles and Responsibilities:Onboarding Specialist: Responsible for onboarding new clients with accounts under 50 licenses within the first 30 days. This involves hosting kickoff calls, admin training, end-user training, and sending close-out emails.Health Clinics: Assisting in re-engaging accounts that are at risk of not renewing by hosting health clinics.Training Delivery: Delivering online training sessions, including webinars, and facilitating instructor-led classroom and virtual trainings.Client Interaction: Engaging in face-to-face client interactions and maintaining strong communication skills to deal with clients and internal stakeholders.Fast-Paced Environment: Managing a dynamic book of business in a fast-paced environment, typically handling multiple clients simultaneously.Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively as a team player.Additional responsibilities include tailoring training programs to client use cases and having a basic understanding of CRM systems, although extensive knowledge is not required.If interested, please send me your profile to
