Wehave an Analyst Accountant role available who has strong accountingknowledge and hands
on experiencewith Fund Accounting process. Looking for someone with the abilityto join a
dynamic fastpaced andcollaborativeenvironment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quarterly close work papers for funds which include PrivateEquity Real Estate and
Healthcare.
Preparation of JournalEntries manually in Excel and posting the same onOracle.
Able to understand PCAPstatements and prepare Trial Balance and quarter closejournal
entries for investmentsmade.
Processing Capital Callsand Distributions Activities.
Performing monthly Cashreconciliations.
Prepare and postaccruals and expense journal entries during quarterends.
Reporting the weekly cashactivity to the FundManagers.
Qualifications:
MBA Finance with Commerce (Accounting) degree will bepreferred
Up to 3 years ofexperience in Fund Accounting process ispreferred
Must be experienced inOutlook and Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communicationskills
Prior relevant experienceat a Fund Accounting firmpreferred
Strong problemsolvingskills
Must be proactive and canworkindependently

Requirements

QualificationsandExperience:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 68 years ofexperience in ITGC testing.
  • Strongtechnical background including knowledge of IT general controlsapplication controls and dataintegrity.
  • Experience with SOXcompliance and auditingstandards.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
