Role: Finance and Admin Manager

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 5 - 9 Years

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in related fields.


Role:

  • Handle the day-to-day accounting activities of the branch office. and ensuring accurate and timely customer deliverables.
  • Handle all tax related compliances and activities.
  • Reconciliation of Debtor and Creditor Accounts, and assisting with a variety of accounting reconciliations as required, including /prepayments, accruals, petty cash and staff accounts.
  • Manage all day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure an efficient front office.
  • Ensure that the office is maintained in good order to provide a productive working environment.
  • Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers, etc.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, conferences and workshops.
  • Carry-out other tasks that can be reasonably expected from this role.
