Job Overview
CAR Kia is seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultants (KECs) to join our team. As a Sales Consultant (KEC), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our wide range of Kia vehicles, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position based in our stand alone showroom in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Knowledge of Kia vehicle models, features, and specifications
- Familiarity with financing options and the ability to explain them to customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in local languages is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable Kia vehicles
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, options, and financing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia models, features, and competitors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in sales training programs and stay updated on industry trends
