Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Consultant - Retail located in Hyderabad. The Brand Consultant will be responsible for strategic planning, brand strategy development and execution, brand management, communication, and branding activities. Day-to-day tasks include working with clients to enhance their brand presence, conducting market research, and implementing brand strategies to drive growth and market share.
Responsibilities
Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams
Brand strategy development and execution
Provide insights on the on-ground activities done by the competition
Proactively keep tabs on new product launches and category innovations
Maintain a rapport with sales team, trade partners, to gain more insights into consumer sentiments.
Conduct periodic market visits
Developing and testing hypothesis about clients’ issues
Branding activities
Enhancing brand presence
Conducting online market research at client site and in market
Implementing brand strategies and Create marketing campaigns based on market and consumer insights.
Driving growth and market share
Performing market analysis and analyzing research findings
Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.
Continuous improvement ensuring that processes and systems are as efficient as possible
Qualifications
Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Required Skills
Brand Strategy and Brand Development skills
Brand Management and Branding experience
Communication skills
Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
Experience in strategic planning and market research
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
