The Role

Lead QA and Devops teams in delivering high-quality software. Develop strategies, implement DevOps practices, and optimize processes. Technical expertise in QA methodologies, automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. Mentor teams and ensure quality standards. 8+ years' experience with 3+ years in leadership. Passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Define QA processes, methodologies, and best practices for delivering high-quality software products.
  • Drive Devops implementation and continuous improvement. Establish robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment processes to enhance software delivery speed and reliability.
  • Lead and mentor the QA and Devops teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and empower team members to achieve high performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize QA and Devops processes to streamline software development and release cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Oversee test planning, execution, and performance testing to maintain top product quality.
  • Identify potential risks in software development and deployment processes and develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and project management, to understand requirements, plan releases, and resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal Profile

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in QA methodologies, test automation, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GIT), and relevant cloud platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Devops principles, practices, and tools, including IAC and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with QA and DevOps trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in QA and Devops, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
