Business Operation Executive, Private Brand Soft Line

-Will give a complete understanding of business from procurement to customer experience to finally sales
-Becoming an expert on IDQ & catalog related processes
- Project/Prog Management: Coordinating with different stakeholders (internal & seller based) to bring closure on hotspots related to the project/program
Key job responsibilities
-Person will be responsible for managing data requirement for SPB team by running SQL queries
- Person will be responsible for handling the end to end hygiene control over the catalog (Fastest growing business in Softlines Apparels-Private Brands Apparels) input parameters
- Project/Prog Management: Coordinating with different stakeholders (internal & seller based) to bring closure on hotspots related to the project/program
A day in the life
Data & Process oriented, with very objective deliverables around Input parameters of Catalog & other CX issues is what every day would be wrapped around.
However, a new challenge might be staring time to time, which would require a detailed understanding of the end to end processes around Catalog improvement tools & other SOPs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-Fair understanding of excel will be critical to succeed in this role-Good communication skills & high level of ownership to drive issues to closure in quick speed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Fair understanding of excel will be critical to succeed in this role -Understanding of Catalog correction tools like Browse Query, Selection central, CSI, AVS attributes etc will be a plus -Most critical is high on level of ownership & deep dive a problem statement-
