The Academic Headis responsible for leading the academic programs . This roleinvolves strategic planning curriculum development facultymanagement and ensuring the academic standards and goals of theinstitution are met.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. StrategicLeadership:

    • Developand implement academic strategies and policies in alignment withthe institutions goals andobjectives.

  2. CurriculumOversight:

    • Overseecurriculum design and implementation ensuring that it meetseducational standards and addresses studentsneeds.

  3. FacultyManagement:

    • Recruitmentor and evaluate facultymembers.

  4. StudentAcademicAffairs:

    • Addressstudent academic issues andconcerns.
    • Implement academicadvising and support services to enhance studentsuccess.

  5. QualityAssurance:

    • Monitorand evaluate academic performance andoutcomes.

  6. ResearchandDevelopment:

    • Promoteand support research initiatives and scholarly activities withinthe academicdivision.

  7. Policyand ProcedureDevelopment:

    • Developand enforce academic policies and procedures to maintain a highstandard of academicexcellence.

  8. InstitutionalPlanning:

    • Contributeto the institution s strategic planning and decisionmakingprocesses.
Qualifications:
  • Education:Graduation & Master s degreePREFERRED
  • Experience:1 TO 5 years of experience in academic administration includingleadershiproles.
  • Skills:
    • Strongleadership and managementskills.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonalabilities.
    • Familiaritywith curriculum development and academicassessment.
  • Salary: 25K50K Salary Negotiable for GoodCandidates
