Job Title: Academic Head

Location: Surat

Reports to: Principal

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:

The Academic Head is responsible for leading the academic programs . This role involves strategic planning curriculum development faculty management and ensuring the academic standards and goals of the institution are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement academic strategies and policies in alignment with the institutions goals and objectives.

  • Curriculum Oversight:

    • Oversee curriculum design and implementation ensuring that it meets educational standards and addresses students needs.

  • Faculty Management:

    • Recruit mentor and evaluate faculty members.

  • Student Academic Affairs:

    • Address student academic issues and concerns.
    • Implement academic advising and support services to enhance student success.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor and evaluate academic performance and outcomes.

  • Research and Development:

    • Promote and support research initiatives and scholarly activities within the academic division.

  • Policy and Procedure Development:

    • Develop and enforce academic policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of academic excellence.

  • Institutional Planning:

    • Contribute to the institution s strategic planning and decisionmaking processes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduation & Master s degree PREFERRED
  • Experience: 1 TO 5 years of experience in academic administration including leadership roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Familiarity with curriculum development and academic assessment.
  • Salary : 25K50K Salary Negotiable for Good Candidates
