We are seeking a motivated and talented Inside Sales Associate to join our Software Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of software development practices and be familiar with technologies such as Spring Boot, Node.js, Kafka, AWS, MongoDB, MySQL, and Excel. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.

Tasks
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and demonstrate the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products and services, industry trends, and competition.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and prepare sales reports as required.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of software development practices.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, Node.js, Kafka, AWS, MongoDB, MySQL, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
