Description: 

We are looking for a Senior Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant / Solution Architect with a proven track record of successful project delivery and at least 5+ years of HCM experience including a minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations. They must be able to provide excellent functional skills in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud across a number of industry sectors and ensure the delivery of excellence across the team.

Qualifications/Experience

Candidates will demonstrate a successful track record of the following: 

Leading and building globally focused teams  Creation and ownership of Cloud HCM solutions to complex business problems.  Managing the phases of project delivery including Design, Build, Test, Rollout and Support  Advising and guiding clients on Oracle Cloud HCM functionality, implementation and process improvement  Workshop and Training facilitation  Delivery of all supporting documentation  Support development and execution of roll out strategies, cut-over/transition plans, end-user training and documentation  Supporting pre-sales, integration and data migration work streams Experience of implementation methodologies such as Cloud Application Services (CAS) and OUM 

Skills/Requirements:

Business Systems or Computing degree or equivalent  5+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in complex programmes Experience with implementing Oracle HCM Core, Recruitment, Benefits and Payroll Cloud Experience with implementing Oracle ME, Recruitment Booster and Redwood branding specifically is advantageous. Oracle implementation certification for HCM  Strong knowledge on HR Processes  The ability to work under-pressure and respond positively to challenging situations Customer focussed, excellent problem solving and analytical skills  Supporting and the ability to build relationships with UK Accelalpha team, clients and customers  Working practices to support UK working hours  Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment  Experience working in an Waterfall and Agile/Scrum programme environment  Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel  Excellent English written and verbal communication skills  Security clearance is a plus or the ability to achieve it Working knowledge of OIC is advantageous
