We arehiring Business Finance Manager for a reputed organization atGurgaonlocation.

RolesandResponsibilities:
  • FinancialPlanningandAnalysis

Prepareand maintainregularfinancialplanningreports;Monthly profit and loss forecast by division (vs.budget).

Completeanalysis of financial results; Develop recommendations (strategicandtactical).

Developand execute analysis of various business initiatives (e.g. openingnewoperations asset acquisition new servicelaunches).

Developand maintain capitalbudget.


  • Financialmanagement

Maintaindaytoday financial control of the service within budget headsagreed bythetrusteeboard.

Engagethe finance committee of the board of directors to develop shortmedium and longterm financial plansandprojections

Ensurethat all finances are properly administered and monitored includingcreditcontrol.

Ensurethat appropriate financial regulations and controls are in placeand in use at alltimes.


  • AccountingandAdministration

Overseethe accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of allaccounting systems and function; supervise company nonprofit sfinancestaff.

Ensuremaintenance of appropriate internal controls and financialprocedures.

Ensuretimeliness accuracy and usefulness of financial and managementreporting for company nonprofit s board of directors; oversee thepreparation and communication of monthly and annual financialstatements.

Coordinateaudits and proper filing of taxreturns.

Ensurelegal and regulatory compliance regarding all financialfunctions.


  • Auditing

  • Answersinquiries and provides data for auditors local state oragencies;
  • Preparesand maintains mandated documents asrequire.
  • Examinesaccounting data for accuracy appropriateness anddocumentation;
  • Auditsdocuments submitted for payment for compliance with board policies&guidelines


Requirements

ExperienceMinimum 5 8 Yrs with Retailindustry.

EducationCA.
