  • Lead theteam in conducting comprehensive Linux NIC driver testing ensuringthe reliability and performance of the underlying networkinfrastructure.
  • Develop and implement advanced network security testing strategiesincluding the integration of AI/ML techniques to identify andmitigate complex threats andvulnerabilities.
  • Providetechnical guidance and leadership to the engineering team reviewingand providing feedback on architecture design and implementationapproaches.
  • Mentorand coach team members fostering a culture of continuous learningand skill development.
  • Ensurethe quality and reliability of the product by creating andimplementing testing strategies reviewing test plans and test casesand conducting codereviews.
  • Stayuptodate with the latest trends tools and technologies in the fieldof network security and continuously evaluate and implement newapproaches to enhance the teams capabilities.
  • Activelyparticipate in the hiring and onboarding of new team memberscontributing to the growth and development of the network securitytestingteam.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Electrical and Computer Engineering or arelated field.
  • Extensiveexperience in Linux NIC (Network Interface Card) driver testingwith a strong understanding of the underlying networking conceptsand Linux kernelinternals.
  • Proficient in testing knowledge and implementation of variousnetworking technologies including VLAN IPSec TCP offload IPSecoffload NAT Multicast TCP/IP UDP ICMP andARP.
  • Expertise in configuring and testing the strongSwan VPN solutionensuring secure and reliableconnectivity.
  • Proven skills in conducting advanced network attack testing such asSSH bruteforce attacks SSH header SMURF DDoS attacks HULK SlowlorisBenign Teardrop and SYN flood.
  • Adeptat network performance and stress testing using tools like iperfwith the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and optimizenetworkconfigurations.
  • Highly familiar with a wide range of network debugging toolsincluding Wireshark tcpdump Nmap Ping and Traceroute and theability to effectively use them for indepth analysis andtroubleshooting.
  • Thorough understanding of firewall rules access control lists(ACLs) and security best practices to ensure the robustness andreliability of network systems.
  • Extensiveexperience in integrating AI/ML techniques for advanced networksecurity testing including the ability to develop custom algorithmsand models to detect and mitigate complexthreats.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and leadershipto the engineering team review and provide feedback on architecturedesign and implementation approaches and mentor and coach teammembers.
