Expro Group are currently recruiting for a HR Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors) to join the Human Resources team based in Hyderabad.

About the job

At Expro the HR Analyst provides first level support to the HR community for HRIS questions and problems and will consult closely with the IT Business Analyst/SME/SAP for HR Systems. You will be responsible for the HR Information System central support duties, ensuring the integrity of employee data, providing input to functionality development, system testing, and arranging and delivering training when required. You will also be responsible for producing and issuing management reports in a timely manner.

What you will do

Daily management of the HR systems mailbox, responding to HR queries in a timely way, system management and process supervision. Where appropriate, troubleshoot problems, analyse issues and provide solutions, escalating to next level support where necessary. Monitor data and workflow integrity as a SME for the HR system; notify HR team of corrections as required. Conduct data audits on a routine basis with follow up to the HR team for corrections in line with findings. Review and process applications for HRIS security access and manage the role based permissioning in line with approved procedures. Action data uploads where either volume or complexity require specific HRIS expertise. Update and communicate HRIS manual and user-guides including those for managers and employees on a regular basis and as functionality changes require. Assist with review, development and rollout of revised functionality guided by the HR SME and SAP. Conduct system testing prior to functionality transfer from Test to Production instance. Use a continual improvement based approach in the achievement of business efficiency through systems. Analyse user requirements, current procedures and problem areas to further automate processing and efficiency suggesting improvements to existing HRIS to SME / HR Manager. Maintain understanding of Group HR processes and procedures to ensure HRIS functionality and use is fit for purpose. Where appropriate liaise with IT Business Analyst/SME for HR systems to ensure HR requirements are understood and achieved. Act as focal point for the coordination of user training and its delivery in conjunction with IT Business Analyst/SME for HR Systems. Provide HRIS knowledge and support to Group and Region HR as required Undertake ad hoc projects related to the system understanding project management skills in applying a project based approach to work. May assist with development and administration of HR portal sites and other HR related tools.

About You

Holds (or studying towards) an HR or IT related qualification, or have equivalent working experience. Previous experience within a similar working environment. Proficient in the use, maintenance and administration of SAP SuccessFactors for HR with working knowledge of EC and related core modules i.e. Recruitment, PMGM, Succession, Reward, Learning. Particular experience required in Position Management, Role-based permissions and Reporting. Experienced in working across different countries, global experience advantageous but not essential. Demonstrated communication skills.
