RoleDescription

The Human ResourceManager will be critical in managing our endtoend HR

functions. Thisposition requires a dynamic professional with a background in HRM

preferably with ITindustry experience who can effectively manage recruitment

employee performancepolicy drafting and implementation. The ideal candidate will

have a strategicmindset and be capable of driving HR initiatives that support our

business goals.

KeyResponsibilities

Recruitment andStaffing: Lead the recruitment process from job posting

screening andinterviewing to final selection. Develop strategies to attracthigh

quality candidatesand fill positions efficiently.

Employee PerformanceManagement: Design and implement performance

review processes. Workwith department managers to assess employee

performance identifytraining needs and develop growth plans.

Policy Drafting andImplementation: Develop revise and implement HR policies

and procedures toensure compliance with employment laws and support the

companys objectives.

Employee Relations:Serve as the point of contact for employmentrelated

matters. Resolveconflicts and guide HR policies to ensure a positive work

environment.

Training andDevelopment: Identify training needs and organize training

programs to enhanceemployee skills and performance.

HR Analytics: UtilizeHR analytics to make datadriven decisions related to HR

functions includingturnover rates hiring costs and employee satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure allHR practices comply with regulatory requirements and

company policies.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalentdegree in Human Resources Management or related field.

45 years of experiencein HR with a preference for candidates with IT industry

experience (Optional).

Proventrack record in managing endtoend HR functions including

recruitment performancemanagement and policy development.

Strong understanding ofemployment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonaland communication skills.

Strategic thinker whocan drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Proficiency in HRsoftware and systems.
