Job Title: Quality AnalystUpstox InboundProcess
JobDescription:We are currently hiring twoQuality Analysts for our Upstox inbound process at our Airolilocation. The Quality Analysts will be responsible for assessingand ensuring the quality of customer interactions particularlyfocusing on broking and trading queries. Candidates with abackground in broking and trading excellent communication skillsand a strong eye for detail are encouraged toapply.
KeyResponsibilities:1. Conduct qualityevaluations of inbound customer interactions related to broking andtrading queries to ensure adherence to quality standards andregulatory requirements.2. Analyze customerinteractions identify trends and provide actionable insights toimprove service delivery and customerexperience.3. Evaluate customer servicerepresentatives knowledge communication skills and adherence toprocesses through call monitoring and performanceassessments.4. Provide constructive feedbackand coaching to customer service representatives to enhance theirskills and performance.5. Collaborate withtraining teams to develop and deliver targeted training modulesbased on quality evaluation results and identified improvementareas.6. Generate reports and analysis onquality performance trends and recommendations for managementreview and decisionmaking.7. Stay updated onindustry best practices regulatory changes and Upstox productupdates relevant to broking and trading.8.Ensure compliance with quality standards policies andprocedures.
RequirementsRequirements:Bachelors degree in any field. Previousexperience in broking and trading isessential. Proven experience in qualityanalysis or quality assurance preferably in a customer service orcontact center environment. Excellentcommunication skills both verbal andwritten. Strong analytical skills andattention to detail. Ability to provideconstructive feedback and coaching to drive performanceimprovement. Immediate joinerpreferred. Background from both BPO andnonBPO sectors can beconsidered.
Salary:Thesalary for this position is in the range of 35000 to 45000 INR inhand per month depending on experience andqualifications.
Note:Thisis an immediate joining opportunity located in Airoli. Candidatesshould possess a graduate degree previous experience in broking andtrading and proven experience in quality analysis or assurance.Background from both BPO and nonBPO sectors can beconsidered.
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in any field. - Previous experience in brokingand trading is essential. - Proven experience in quality analysisor quality assurance, preferably in a customer service or contactcenter environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbaland written. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. -Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to driveperformance improvement. - Immediate joiner preferred. - Backgroundfrom both BPO and non-BPO sectors can be considered.
