JobSummary:PROPKARMAA PVT LTD isseeking a motivated and detailorientedReceptionist to join our dynamic realestate team. As the first point of contact for clients andcandidates you will manage front desk operations assist withinterviews and ensure the smooth flow of communication in theoffice. You will also be responsible for handing out forms tocandidates and managing related administrativetasks.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • FrontDesk & InterviewCoordination:
  • Welcome visitorsjob candidates and clients and direct them to the appropriateareas.
  • Distribute and collect interview formsfrom candidates ensuring all documentation iscomplete.
  • Inform hiring managers of candidatearrivals and help maintain interviewschedules.
  • Keep accurate logs of visitors andinterviewees for HRpurposes.
  • Client &Visitor Assistance:
  • Providebasic information about PROPKARMAA s services and listings towalkins.
  • Assist in scheduling property viewingsand meetings with real estate agents.
  • Addressinquiries from tenants property owners and candidatesefficiently.
  • AdministrativeSupport:
  • Handle phone callsemails and office communicationprofessionally.
  • Assist with data entry filingand maintaining records related to clients andinterviews.
  • Support the HR team in managinginterview logistics.
  • OfficeCoordination:
  • Ensure smoothdaily operations including managing office supplies andcoordination of meetings.
  • Book meeting roomsand coordinate interview schedules with relevantdepartments.
Requirements:
  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree ispreferred.
  • Experience:Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role.Experience in real estate or HR is aplus.
  • Skills:
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word ExcelOutlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritizetasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizationalskills and attention todetail.
