Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel


Roles and Responsibilities (Business Development Executive )

Identify New Sales Leads.

Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle

Field Sales

Prospect For New Clients By Networking.

Cold Calling.

Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
