Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of electrical equipment. Having a keen experience in O&M of Various capacity Transformers, HT & LT motors, HT & LT switchgears, Capacitors etc., Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance Exposure in manpower management and customer management. Thorough Knowledge in statutory requirement of electrical inspectorate. Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies. Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders. Basic operation knowledge in MS office. Root cause analysis for the failures. Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system. Ø Preparation & carry out monsoon activity as precautionary action.Ø Provide excellent customer service through 24X7 call center, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.Ø Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holdersØ Implementation of work related SOPs at siteØ Implementation of EHS & Quality Documents & proceduresØ Monitoring & Control to comply KPI’s Ø Report preparation of equipment/ system failure analysis. Ø Lead the O&M team at siteØ MIS preparation and Submission to client as well as HO.Ø Preparation of Contractual letters, replies, notices etc.Ø Understand and works according to the scope of contractØ Preparation of budget & cost trackingØ Managing Subcontracts, vendor contracts, supply agreements, Purchase orders, amendments.Ø Anticipating legal & contractual risks and mitigation.Ø Document controlling.Ø Managing consumer complaints, RTIs etc.Ø Drafting letters/ contracts,Review, drafting, negotiating contractsRaising Invoice to the Client, certification and payment collection.
