2.BASIC FUNCTION a.Lead and supervise pool of technicians related to electronic& instrumentation maintenance activities. In charge formaintenance of all plantequipment.
3. JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS ANDABILITIESa. Hasstrong leadership & supervisory skills. b.Well adopted in principles and uses of different motion drives andinverters.c. Ableto understand and interpret ladder diagrams in PLCapplicationsd. Ableto work lengthy hours if needed and works all shift flexibly whenjob demands. 4.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / MINIMUMREQUIREMENTSa.Graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering degree orElectronic Engineering degree. Preferable licensed ElectronicEngineer issued by governmentinstitution.b. Atleast three (3) years worked in ceramic or tile manufacturing insame position is anadvantage.c. or atleast five (5) years experienced as Engineer or Supervisor in anyrelated manufacturingindustry.
5. MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESa. Plans daily activities withrespect to scheduled corrective and preventivemaintenance.b.Ensure breakdown maintenance is tackled based on priority withminimum downtime.c.Coordinates & works with Automation Engineer for all taskand issues related to programs anddiagnosis.d.Attends routine calibration for all electronical controlled processinstruments. Ensure all parameters are within range with novariation.e.Ensures all back up programs are intact and available for each andevery PLC controlled equipment. Similarly that all data arepassword protect & UPS areactive.f.Distributes manpower based on necessity & requirement.Ensures no man hourlosses.g. Ensuretechnical support and physical presence is provided in order toinspect the performance & quality of job in every taskbeing attended.h.Plans spare parts requirement and ensure that correct power& hand tools isused.i. Maintainsdocumentations & records. Ensure all maintenance orders arecompleted filled with all data require (spare parts task list& man hours) and technicallyclosed.j. Maintainsshop housekeeping employee discipline & ensure safety atwork.
