Job Description

Implement a robust quality management system in the department to ensure best quality of products and processes.

Drive the defect cost reduction measures in the department to avoid defects through defined shop floor tools.

Design and implement an audit mechanism in the department to realize the best quality in the production lines both in house and at vendors.

Check adherence to defined 5S activities in the department leading to a safe and motivating environment at the shop floor.

Monitor associates involvement in the department to contribute to operational excellence.

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical or similar stream
3-5 years in an Automotive Industry of similar or bigger size

Additional Information

Advanced knowledge of quality knowledge of lean management in value chain.

Competent in the area of problem solving and 8D management.

Competent in usage of management tools and MS office.

Competent in communication and collaboration skills.
Competent to conduct process and system audits accordingly ISO/IATF standards
