Job Description

Create and execute communication activities for product marketing and channel marketing for enhancing aided and unaided recall for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket range of products and workshop services.

Communication strategy : Develop strategic communication plans to relevant target groups in a timely manner to support the product go- to-market strategies. Develop and define communication strategy for Bosch workshop concept and modules to improve footfall and product sales.

Product communication: Liaison with go-to-source and go-to-market teams to develop marketing literature of new product for effective product launches and improving sales of new products.

Branding: Implement branding concepts for secondary, tertiary and Bosch workshop concepts and modules to improve Brand awareness.

Campaign support: Develop and implement loyalty program, customer contact programs together with program managers and workshop concept managers with distinct call to action for various target groups.

Budgeting and Control: Estimate and monitor spending on marketing expenditure to meet target of marketing budget.


Qualifications

MBA in Marketing. BE in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.



Additional Information

  • 2-3 plus years of Marketing Communication, dealer branding, retail branding and visual merchandising experience in Automobile/ Auto Allied/ Home Appliances/ IT Peripherals/ Power Tools.
  • 2-3 years of experience in creative conceptualization, BTL campaign managements with exposure to B2B customer segment.
  • 2-3 years in handling loyalty programmed campaign activities.
  • Competent in developing literature for marketing collaterals e.g. technical guides, catalogues, flyers and brochures. Competent in handling customer contact programs as to achieve business oriented KPIs and outcomes through defined activities.
  • Competent in creating product advertising videos and functional videos.
  • Proficient in developing right creative concepts for effective product advertising and communication.
  • Competent in creating point of sales material for product displays or demo units at retail outlets.
  • Competent in communication and collaboration skills.
