10 Yrs of relevant experience.
At least 10 years of Implementation / Supportexperience in implementing Oracle HCMApplications.
Worked as aFunctional consultant in at least 2 Oracle cloud HCM implementationproject.
Core HR moduleexperience in Oracle HCM.
Strong configuration skills in LE Organization Structure FastFormula element design payroll process flows and calculationcards.
Configure develop andoversee Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR BenefitsAbsences Time & Labor Payroll Compensate and Talent& Performance.
Shouldhave complete understanding of the Product and Business processesrelated to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
Should possess strong communication skills with provenability to deliver work from offshorelocations.
Should haveindependently managed and lead his/her module/s in theproject.
Hands onconfiguration experience.
Experienced in Functional designs for Conversions Integrations andReports.
Experience in Releaseupgrade (analysis configuration support regression testing) will bean added advantage.
Candidateshaving Oracle Cloud Certifications will bepreferred
Exposure to Indiaprojects will be an addedadvantage.
