Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, with expertise in CORE HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Cloud Learning . This role will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that meet our business needs and align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, focusing on CORE HR , Talent Management , and Oracle Cloud Learning modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on the Oracle Fusion HCM platform, including best practices for configuration and customization.
  • Lead the design and development of HCM reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE).
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure the performance of the system.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of the HCM system.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle updates and features and ensure they are implemented as per business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including CORE HR , Talent Management , and Oracle Cloud Learning .
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
