Job Description:

We are seeking talented and experienced Chatbot Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in building custom bots using platforms such as Dialogueflow or IBM Watson Assistant, coupled with excellent integration skills across various platforms, including WhatsApp and web applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Chatbot Development:

- Design, develop, and deploy custom chatbots using platforms like Dialogueflow or IBM Watson Assistant.

2. Platform Integration:

- Integrate chatbots seamlessly into various platforms, focusing on WhatsApp and web applications.

3. Programming Skills:

- Utilize Node.js for the implementation of robust and scalable chatbot solutions.

4. Rest API Development:

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support chatbot functionality and communication with external systems.

5. Custom Third-Party Integrations:

- Implement custom integrations with third-party services and applications to enhance chatbot capabilities.

6. WhatsApp Cloud API:

- Leverage expertise in WhatsApp Cloud API to enable smooth and efficient communication through the platform.

7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and software engineers, to ensure cohesive integration of chatbots into various applications.

8. Testing and Debugging:

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of chatbot functionalities to ensure high performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

9. Documentation:

- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for chatbot development, including code documentation and integration guides.

10. Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in chatbot technologies and implement best practices for ongoing improvements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience developing custom chatbots using platforms like Dialogue-flow or IBM Watson Assistant.

2. Strong proficiency in Node.js for chatbot development.

3. Extensive knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.

4. Hands-on experience with custom third-party integrations.

5. Expertise in utilizing WhatsApp Cloud API for chatbot communication.

6. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Effective communication skills.

9. A proactive and self-driven approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
