Responsibilities

● Responsible for developing and executing Performance test scripts, plans and strategy to ensure
the delivery of quality software applications
● Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
● Thorough Understanding the non-functional requirements from business and infrastructure
● Responsible for Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work-Load Design, Test Cases
Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration
Management.
● Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor application
logs to determine system behaviour.
● Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB
Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
● Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problems in the application.
● Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for
validation and analysis.
● Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements
● Effectively collaborate with Development and Testing Teams for performance testing results

Requirements

● Minimum 4-6 Years of extensive knowledge and experience in Performance Testing
● Expertise in understanding of End to End performance test process and experience
● Expertise and hands-on in Performance Testing tools using Jmeter.
● Expertise in Programming knowledge in Java
● In depth knowledge of REST API and Webservices performance testing
● Should have experience in develop both server side and UI side performance testing frameworks
● Experience to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products
● Experience with Continuous integration with Performance Testing.
● Should have experience as individual contributor in terms of testing and delivery
● Expertise in performing Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities using
different Performance monitoring tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, App Dynamics
● Expertise with working in AWS/GCP/Azure based applications
● Excellent Soft Skills and problem solving
