We enable shopping feature teams deliver superior CX quality by providing them reliable and comprehensive insights and ground truth data to measure and train ML (Machine Learning) models and handle annotation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across 10 different languages
Key job responsibilities
The L&D and Training Program Manager will be key to establish the onboarding, training, and development strategy for the organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the shopping experience for customers worldwide. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; have strong program management and communication skills. Will be responsible for creation and execution of the L&D and Training roadmap that will support the global team. You will apply data-driven approaches to validate this understanding, use deep problem-solving skills to evaluate the opportunities, and simplify complexity to develop scalable improvements and mechanisms. Deploy effective mechanisms to measure the impact. You will collaborate and work closely with cross functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training and L&D programs based on customer and business need. The role demands thought clarity, dynamic cross-functional partnership, and strategic thinking to innovate.
The Program Manager will play a central role in reinventing learning models, systems and delivery methods. The use of more blended, self-directed and experiential learning models will be emphasized over traditional classroom delivery, so adaptability and creativity will be important.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of L&D and Training experience in an adult learning environment
- Serve as the owner and manager of the Training and L&D Program lifecycle and provide sustainable solutions.
- Transform strategy into results by taking responsibility for the performance and success of onboarding and continuous learning journey across levels.
- Training and Instructional Design delivery: conduct ongoing needs analysis, planning, and oversee training programs/projects execution.
- Develop and experiment with new learning solutions and creating intellectual property that advances the impact for learners; developing programmatic solutions with multiple connection points across offerings
- Ability to understand how learning activities and responsibilities play into the metrics that drive team success
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree- Ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the quality of training and L&D programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders.
