We are searching for a polite professionalCustomer Service Representative for a MNC to represent our clientsby providing remarkable service to their customers via phone/chat.They would handle inbound/outbound o calls or chats and should seekto create a positive experience for each contact. They will listento customers to understand the reason for their call address allinquiries post research and provide an accurate an efficientresponse in timelymanner.
Responsibilities
  • Understandingthe product and policies to provide efficient resolution forenhanced customer experience
  • Work towardsmeeting and exceeding the targets provided as per the performancescorecard parameters/KPIs communicated e.g. CSAT AHTcompliance.
  • To keep themselves up to date ofany process updates by attending all briefing sessions/team huddles& online learning modules
  • To achievemonthly quality thresholds by adhering to compliance reputation andprocedural parameters
  • To adhere to companypolicies and guidelines (HR policies Administration guidelinesWorkplace Floor Norms Leave Policy and Compliance policyetc)
  • To escalate issues and seek assistancefrom the Team Leader or Quality Analyst in case of customer queriesand any other issue which needs to beattended

RequiredSkills
  • Greatcommunication skills Spoken (Versant Score 58) and written (VersantScore 55) in English
  • For Chat profile typingspeed would be min 3540 WPM & accuracy @75%
  • For chat profile experience in working inchat environment is must
  • Strong InterpersonalCommunication skills accompanied by Quick Comprehension &Clear Articulation
  • US Banking Experience is amust with overall voice experience to be min 12Months
  • Should have knowledge of basic bankingfinancials
  • Demonstrated Ability to WorkEffectively Within a TeamEnvironment
  • Demonstrated consultativeexperience ability to influenceresourceful
  • Exceptional listening andrelationship building skills
  • Demonstratedresiliency in a fastpaced metric driven environment with proficientmultitasking and navigation in a windowsenvironment
