Qualifications:
- Provenexperience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a luxury hotelor fine dining establishment.
- Culinary degreeor diploma preferred.
- Strong knowledgeof various cuisines cooking techniques and international culinarytrends.
- Excellent leadership communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in afastpaced environment and handle pressure with grace andprofessionalism.
- Knowledge of HACCP and foodsafety standards.
- Passion for culinaryexcellence and a commitment to continuous learning anddevelopment.
