Candidate in this role will be involved with the day-to-day operations of a multi- functional operation teams processing various exception types related to Treasury Services (Wholesale) Disbursement DDA Products (ARP, Positive Pay, Positive Pay with Payee Validation and Control Disbursements). Successful candidates must work well in a fast paced, quality-oriented work environment, check encoding verification and corrections in online systems including HOGAN, FK, KB, CheckView, Large Item Review and Operations Image Browser. Senior Operations Processor will work in a team & will be expected to meet the productivity & quality standards as defined in Service Level Agreement.
In this role, you will :
The Senior Operations Processor must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and should be risk and compliance focused. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Reviewing and correctly dispositioning exception items with a potential fraud lens.
• Entering transactions into PC, data entry, verifying accuracy; contacting appropriate resources as
needed, resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources and records; preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents.
• Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers.
Uses multiple online systems.
• Ensure work activities are processed according to established procedures and are prioritized and
scheduled according to multiple SLAs.
• Works under general supervision following established procedures.
• Exercises some judgment within guidelines. Acts as escalation point for less tenured processors
for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings. Must work well with management, team leads, coworkers and
other supporting departments in meeting department goals and monitoring daily work tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Graduate or equivalent.
• Skilled in use of computers and 10 key, keyboard
• Quality-Oriented. Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail meeting deadlines
• Ability to execute actions in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Basic to proficient level understanding of Microsoft Office
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Knowledge of Operations and Check Processing
• Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
