Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Learning Product Design
In this role we are looking for someone who will be part of the product design team in Genome, our reskilling platform.
Responsibilities:
·Good understanding of HR especially learning and development, staffing and resource deployment life cycle
·Product design and development: Clearly define and communicate product requirements, features, and user stories, collaborating with design and development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
·Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap in line with company objectives and market trends.
·Customer/stakeholder Engagement and Performance Analysis: Engage with customers/stakeholders through various channels to gather feedback, track, and analyses product performance metrics, and incorporate insights into product enhancements.
·Experience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, handling conflicting priorities. Lead and participate in key discussions/decisions for aligned vertical and service lines.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications/skills
·Executive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
·Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
·
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·Proficient in Agile methodologies. Preferred hands-on with Azure DevOps.
·Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
·Fluent with tools/technologies/methodologies usage - MS Office, DevOps, Power BI, Zoom, Teams, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
