Digiaccel is looking for UI/UX Designers to lead design thinking for various touchpoints for Digiaccel. These would include web presence as well as the learning platform for the company. The person would work closely with the founders on thinking and strategy, and with the product and engineering team to bring the design to life. The person will have end-to-end ownership of the UI to enhance learner experience.


What you will be responsible for?

• Work closely with the product team to define design thinking for Digiaccel

• Ownership of all things design – website, learner experience on different products

• Drive a user-centric design approach with rapid testing and iterative prototyping

• Working with the engineering team to ensure immaculate execution of ideas

• Establish systems to monitor platform behaviour and register learner feedback to constantly enhance learner experience


Skills and Experience

• Formal degree in design from a reputed institute preferably with a specialisation in Interaction Design or Visual Communication

• 2-4 years of experience in design and proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or Adobe XD

• Previous experience of working in a design role for a product-led company

• Have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating concepts, customer journeys from scratch

• Excellence at communicating design decisions and justifying them to peers and stakeholders • A track record of working with teams to deliver quality software products for web and mobile platforms

• Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate


About the Company

Digiaccel Learning is a Gurugram headquartered education company that is building for professional education in India. It aims to do so through an application based curriculum and skilling system to enable learners to pick up the relevant digital skills. These will be enabled by industry professionals through online learning courses with a mix of live and pre-recorded modules. In doing so, it will facilitate outcome oriented learning with employment/ career acceleration being the targeted outcome. We are VC backed and have CXOs and Founders of some of India’s top digital commerce companies as our investors.
