YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and execute demand planning strategies to accurately forecast product demand, taking into consideration historical data, market trends, sales inputs, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather inputs, align on demand forecast assumptions, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Analyze and evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and develop demand planning strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and inventory levels, and take appropriate actions to optimize results.
  • Manage the demand planning process and systems, including data collection, statistical forecasting, and demand shaping techniques using planning tools
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
  • Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes, contributing to effective decision-making and alignment between sales, marketing, and supply chain functions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Demand Planning & S&OP leading role.
  • Bachelor's in engineering.
  • Proficiency in demand planning software and tools like SAP APO DP/SNP/ANAPLAN/SAP ECC, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP ECC and experience in demand planning modules.
